I am so saddend to hear of the loss of Karen. I met her and Tonya in elementary school, Karen was the ultimate Mom taxi,and never said no to a spur of the moment slumber party at her house, after she picked us up from Skateland. Karen cooked for us and watched over us girls like we were own. So many fond memories of her and the fun we had. She certainly made a lasting impression on me.The "it takes a village" quote come to my mind. Karen was definitely part of that village. My deepest, sincere, condolences to Tonya, Randy, and Brock

I remember Karen when she worked at pike co. mapping and I worked for the family surveying business. I'd had to go there a lot, she always greeted a friendly smile and chatted for for awhile. she helped me a lot when I stopped smoking. I missed her lot when she left another I'll miss her a lot more. My husband Tracy and I met Karen about 16 years ago and we instantly became friends. She had the greatest smile and the sweetest personality! We shared sadness and happiness together.
