William Carpenter, a lifelong resident of Port Jervis, NY, died on August 30, 2023. He was 71.

The son of the late Vernon and Florence Carpenter, he was born on February 20, 1952 in Port Jervis, NY.

He was a dedicated employee for many years with Arthur Trovei and Sons, Inc.

In addition to his parents, William was predeceased in life by his brother James Carpenter, sisters Elsie Penny, Edna Hack, Jean Carpenter, and Lorraine Decker.

He is survived by his brother, Vernon Carpenter, his Brother-in-Law, William Decker; Nieces Shawna Decker and Dawn Colon; Nephew Darren Decker along with several other Nieces and Nephews.
