Obituary of Dennis M. Shea

Dennis M. Shea of Westtown died suddenly on April 1, 2023.  He was 62. 

The son of Virginia and the late Martin Shea, he was born on April 20, 1960 in the Bronx.  

Dennis was the Assistant Operator of the Orange County Waste Treatment Center in Harriman, NY.  Dennis wasn't a complicated man, he loved simple pleasures like watching a game or catching a drink with the guys.  A true sports fan he loved his NY teams the Rangers, Giants, and Yankees, but he loved his Raiders just the same.  For those that knew Dennis they knew his quiet demeanor was just a smoke screen for his quick wit and one liners. 

Beloved husband of Patty at home.  Devoted father of Dylan Shea and Severene Ferrante with his wife Lottie.  Cherished son of Virginia Shea.  Dear brother of Rich Shea (Krista), Chris Shea (Sally) and Brian Shea (Remi).  He was an uncle and friend who will be missed by those who knew him. 

Reposing Thursday April 6th from 4 to 7:00PM at the KNIGHT-AUCHMOODY Funeral Home, 154 East Main Street Port Jervis NY 12771.  Last Leave Friday from the Funeral Home, 11:00AM with Final Prayers of Commendation 11:30AM, Fr. Anthony Giacona officating. Following the service a private cremation will be held.
