Dennis was my dear cousin and I have very happy memories spending alot of summer vacations with him and his brothers, Richie and " little Chris" in their family vacation spot in upstate NY. I can't tell you what we did all day for fun but us kids had LOTS of it!! We looked forward to every summer me and my brothers and sisters could be with them and hated for it to end. Dennis and I were closest in age (I was 5 yrs older) and let me tell you, he had a keen sense of humor way back then and a gentle soul and always made me and my sibs laugh! I wish his family comfort and prayers at this time and the knowledge that he was touching lives from an early age. Dennis, rest in peace, brother and I am looking forward to seeing you in the next adventure but not TOO soon! Love, laughter and prayers always, your cousin, Mary Anne ( Burke)

The unconditional love that Dennis displayed towards his family was a beautiful beautiful thing!! He was always there for Dylan when he needed him, constantly believing in Dylan and knowing his potential even thru hard times. Also Dennis' love towards Patty was so cute! I loved seeing their relationship on a day to day basis, so adorable the love they shared! May the blessing and protection of God shine down upon the family every path they may walk in Jesus name Amen

We will miss you so much Dennis. I will cherish the times when we would have our discussions about life one on one. You always had simple and humorous comments that I loved. I’ll never forget you and Patty putting on the jukebox Sir Mix-a-Lot’s Baby Got Back one afternoon and watching you guys have so much fun dancing. What can I say to you Patty? It was great seeing you and Dennis a few weeks ago and spending some time with you as always. You both always helped me so much talking about our sons. I’ll never forget Dennis’s gentle disposition. When Tom was dying in the hospital Dennis was always there for me. He was a good friend and I’ll never forget him. Rest in peace Dennis Shea.
