Obituary of Dorothy A. Felter

Dorothy A. Felter age 93, of Sparrowbush, NY passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 in Port Jervis, NY. She was born on October 8, 1928 in Chicopee, MA, the daughter of the late Philip and Eleanor Goble Palmeri. Dorothy was a faithful member of the Sparrowbush United Methodist Church in Sparrowbush. She married Donald E. Felter, who pre-deceased her on October 30, 2019. Dorothy is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and her sister-in-law, Helen Felter of Wurtsboro, NY. She was pre-deceased by her son, Philip Felter. Visitation will be held 11AM-12 Noon, Wednesday, November 17, at the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY. Funeral services will follow at 12 noon, Wednesday at the funeral home. Rev. Amy Garrett will officiate. Interment will follow at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush, NY.
