Nicholaus A. Mills a lifetime resident of the area, died suddenly on November 3, 2024.  He was only 37 years old.  

The son of Richard W. Mills Jr. and Laurie Phillips, he was born on September 16, 1987 in Middletown, NY.  

Nicholaus had a powerhouse personality that drew people to him. He had a passion for knowledge and reading and would strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere. When he was a toddler he was known as "The Mayor."  Our lives are richer for Nick having been a part of them. He will always be in our thoughts and hearts. 

Beloved son of Laurie Phillips of Montague and Richard W. Mills Jr of Port Jervis.  Dear father of Catareena Mills.  Brother of Russell Biccum and Dacie Aber. Nick was a nephew and cousin who will be missed by his family.  

A memorial will be held on Saturday 11/9/24 from 12Noon to 4:00PM at the VFW 4751 Owen Street Port Jervis NY. 

Cremation took place at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
