Carmine Defino age 72 of Matamoras, PA passed away on Monday, July 26, 2021 at Bon Secours Community Hospital in Port Jervis, NY. He was born on October 7, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY the son of the late Stephen and Bertha Donnarumma Defino. Carmine worked as a NYPD Hospital Policeman in Brooklyn, NY Carmine proudly served our country with the US Navy from 1968-1972. He was a member of the VFW Post #161 in Port Jervis, NY. Carmine is survived by his daughter Stephanie Sherman and her husband Brad of Lee’s Summit, MO. Funeral services and entombment will take place on Friday, July, 30, 2021 at 12:00 Noon in Forest Green Park Cemetery, Marlboro, NJ with military honors Rev. Jack Grimes will officiate. Arrangements are by the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, Inc., 154 E. Main St Port Jervis, NY 12771.
