Dan was a great friend of our family, as was his whole family, growing up just a bicycle ride away in Florida NY. My condolences to every family member and to my dear friend Karen. So sorry for your loss. Prayers are with you.

We knew each other for thirty something years, we met through work, and then we started traveling to Rockland county, I'd drive down, he'd drive back (while I napped) probably because our long lunches sometimes, Dan taught me how to hunt, deer hunting is great he loved it, my 1st time duck hunting, we were in his row boat, and when the shooting started pellets were raining down in our boat, that was my last time duck hunting, we did a lot of things together,shooting pool Sundays, last minute Christmas shopping almost every year, even a little golf in there, we were tight for a lot of years may you rest in peace
