Obituary of Trudy Nuernberger

Trudy Nuernberger, born on January 22, 1940, in Germany, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on August 30, 2024, at the age of 84.

Trudy's journey to the United States began when she was just 12 years old. Despite the challenges of adjusting to a new country, she faced her trials with resilience.  Her life took a miraculous turn when she encountered the redeeming love of Jesus Christ, who set her free from her past. From that moment on, Trudy became a faithful servant of the Lord, dedicating her life to sharing the gospel with boldness and unwavering conviction.

A prayer warrior at heart, Trudy was known for her deep love for both children and dogs. She touched countless lives with her kindness and compassion. Trudy was also the proud author of "Good Neighbor Dog," a book that reflected her love for dogs and her desire to spread goodness in her community.

Trudy's legacy will be remembered for her devotion to Christ, her courage in sharing His message, and the love she poured out to those around her. She is now at peace in the arms of her Savior, whom she served so faithfully.

Trudy is survived by her adopted family, who will miss her dearly but rejoice in the assurance that she is now in her eternal home.

A celebration of Trudy’s life will be held at a later date. Cremation to take place at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
