Edward D. McConnell Jr.  of Matamoras died peacefully on August 6, 2024.  He was 66. 

The son of the late Edward Sr and Elizabeth McConnell, he was born on November 11, 1957 in Port Jervis NY.

Ed was a 1976 graduate of Port Jervis High School.  He would then go on to work at John’s Mower Shop in Sparrowbush and later to C & D Technologies, Huguenot.  Ed was known for his kind demeanor never having a bad word to say about anyone. 

Beloved husband of 35 years to Mildred L. McConnell of Matamoras.  Dear brother of Michele Conklin of Port Jervis and Sheramy Seward of Port Jervis.  Cherished friend of John Eschenberg and Jack Brehm.  Ed was an uncle and cousin who will be missed.

Services are private at this time.  Cremation will be at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
