Dawn Michelle Horner died on May 15, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Wayne NJ. She was 47.

The daughter of Peggy Horner, Bruno Hartmann, and Dennis Horner, Sr., she was born on March 7, 1977.

Dawn was always the first person to help someone in need, and would always tell you the hard truth when needed. The nurses around her would always know she was feeling better when she would tell them “where to go”.

Dawn was predeceased in life by her brother Dennis Horner, Jr., her maternal grandmother Helen Piatt, maternal great grandmother Nan.

Beloved Daughter of Peggy Horner with her partner Bruno Hartmann. Devoted Mother of Patrick Thomas Horn. Beloved Fiancé of Chad Horn. Dear sister of Donald Horner with his wife Rebecca. Loving Aunt to her nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will take place on Friday, May 24, 2024 at KNIGHT-AUCHMOODY FUNERAL HOME, 154 East Main Street, Port Jervis, NY from 10am-12pm. Burial to immediately follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Port Jervis, NY.
