My gram and I (Robyn Olsen) took many trips to Sesame Place just the 2 of us and a van full of kids. We would eat out breakfast wherever she wanted, and then go to the park for the day. Watching shows and parades, just doing whatever we wanted to in her words without any men to complain or say what they wanted to do! She was very adamant about that part and she loved that the kids Robert, Mathew, Jessica, Sarah, Devon and Angelina all would have an amazing time with nothing but happiness around. Everyone would get to do what they wanted and it would make her so happy watching the children with all the smiles on their faces!! I will forever remember how happy she would be while planning, packing, getting the van ready, picking everyone up and getting on the highway it would just be the feeling of freedom that made her so happy! She always loved making the kids happy no matter what it was but these trips stick out in my mind, she was so happy from start to finish!! No matter how much work it may have been for me it was worth all of it!! I wish I could turn back time and be back on the highway taking another trip with her! I love you so much gram❤️
