Obituary of Carolyn Desseauve

Carolyn Desseauve of Barryville died on July 22, 2023 at Bon Secours Community Hospital.  She was 72. 

The daughter of the late Karl & Liselotte Hof, she was born on November 4, 1950 in Yonkers, NY. 

Carolyn worked in her life as an accomplished Chef.  As of recently she was working at Resorts World Catskill doing what she was good at.  For many years she owned and operated her own resturant The Rustic Country Inn, Yulan. 

Beloved mother of Christofer Desseauve with his wife Erika of Vail, CO and Daniel Desseauve of Yulan.  Dear grandmother of Kaia & Gracelyn.  Sister of Karl Hof.  Aunt to Elizabeth McCulloch and Susan Hof.  Cousin of Albert Phalen.  

Cremation will be private.  Please make use of the Tribute Wall by leaving a memory of condolence for the family.
