Roxanne Oliver of Port Jervis died on July 17, 2023 at Bon Secours Community Hospital.  She was 66. 

The daughter of the late James Oliver Sr. & Helen Oliver, she was born on November 28, 1956 in Suffern, NY.  

Her family will remember her as the beautiful human being that she was who was loved by them. 

In addition to her parents Roxanne was predeceased by her son Taylor Lumley and siblings Cynthia Lee DeGroat, Nyoka Emmanuel, Gregory Oliver, Nila Celest Oliver, Rodney Oliver and Jeffrey Wayne Oliver. 

Dear mother of William Bryant and Jamie Moore Uccello.  Beloved sister of James Oliver Jr., Cecelia VanDunk, Marlene Kassis and Maria Oliver.  She was a beloved aunt to many.  

Cremation will be private and at the convenience of the family.
