Craig and family,
I am shocked and so very sad to hear of Barry's passing.
Barry was a soft spoken gentleman with love for his banjo and the Lord.
I worked with him at the school and loved to reminisce with Barry about my Dad, who also loved his guitar.
I will miss his smiling face. I'm sure he's smiling as he is reunited with your Mom and Dad again
My deepest and sincerest condolences to your entire family.

So sorry to hear that Barry passed. I had heard that he was sick but that was all. Always enjoyed his banjo picking, strumming when he was at the lake. Was very proud to tell people, yes that is my cousin Barry Calben who is playing! I remember his fishing all the time he was staying at the lake with us. Morning till afternoon, then out again in the evening. A lot of nice catches and stories he had to tell about the day. Strum away Cousin! Sorry I didn't get to see you sooner.

I will always remember my Uncle Barry going out of his way to help everyone and anyone. I love him. One time he panted my front porch for fun while I was at woek. He asked what color I'd want if It was to be panted and next thing I knew it was panted.
