Janet Randolph of Port Jervis died April 12, 2023 at Achieve Rehab and Nursing Facility of Liberty, NY. She was 73.

 

The daughter of the late Ed and  the late Janet (Ellison) Cherry, she was born July 18, 1949 in Port Jervis, NY.   

 

Upon completion of college, she found herself in Virginia where she would wed David Randolph while he was in the US Navy. 

 

Janet was proud of her time spent working with the CIA while living in Virginia. She would return home with her family to Port Jervis. Janet was a computer teacher at OCCC, a Port Jervis school secretary, and also taught her true passion of crafting and scrapbooking in private classes.

 

Janet was very active in the community. She was a longtime member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club (BPW), Organizer of the Heritage Days, and the Fall Foliage Festival. She was instrumental in helping to create the Harriet Space Park in Huguenot.

 

Beloved Wife of David Randolph. Devoted Mother of Jason Randolph with his wife Jacqueline of Glen Spey. Grandmother of Chase and Camryn Rudolph; Kaitlyn, Julia, and Caleb Clay. Sister of Jill Mason.
