Obituary of Jane Ruth Zangl

Jane Ruth Zangl a longtime resident of the area died suddenly at home on February 14, 2023.  She was 69.

The daughter of the late William and Lois Schultz, she was born on July 3, 1953 in Jefferson Wisconsin. 

Jane served our country with the US Air Force.  It was in the service that she would meet the love of her life Andrew Zangl.  After the service Jane and Andrew would come to Port Jervis to start a life and family together.  She would later work and retire from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Middletown.  

It would be on their wedding anniversary that Jane would be reunited in death with her beloved Andrew.  

Devoted mother of Andrew Zangl and his wife Amanda of Milford.  Dear sister of Kenneth, Jim and Peter Schultz.  Aunt to many nieces and nephews.  

Services are private at this time a celebration of life will be announced in the near future.
