Obituary of Emma Barbara MacAlla

Emma Barbara MacAlla died peacefully on October 29, 2022 at the young age of 104.  

The daughter of the late Eugene and Emma Schilling she was born May 3, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA.  

She was a graduate of the Moore School of Art and Design in Philadelphia and was a former longtime member of the Milford Garden Club.  Emma's personality proceeded her, she was a vivacious spirit who's memory will forever be with her family.  

Beloved mother of Barbara Lynne Beccari and her husband Thomas of Sussex and William J. Shoenthal along with his wife Caryn of North Hampton, PA.  Dear grandmother of 9 and great grandmother of 13.  

She was predeceased by her 1st husband Dr. W. James Shoenthal, 2nd husband James MacAlla and her daughter Loraine Beeman.  

A private graveside will take place at the family plot in Laurel Hill West Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, PA.
