Irene Barbarino of Port Jervis died September 5, 2022 surrounded by her family at home.  She was 71.

The daughter of the late Dean & Grace Conklin she was born November 26, 1950 in Tuxedo, NY.

She was a dedicated former employee of Tri State Day Care.  Irene's passing will leave a void in the life of those who truly knew her.  She lived selflessly worrying how everyone else would be and not about herself till the end.  

Devoted wife of George J. Barbarino at home.  Beloved mother of Irene Kutzler, Gerald Babcock, Craig Barbarino (Susan), John Barbarino (Joanie), Lisa Jennings (Brian), Michael & Tammy Decker.  Grandmother of Nicholas, Matthew, Michael, Travis, Erin, Kyle, Daniel, Ashley, Kenneth, Christopher, Mason and Alisha.  Great grandmother of Nevaeh, Ophellia, Aribellah, Noah and Jullian.  Dear sister of Graceann Martini (Robert), Phyllis Sigler (Gene), Joan Manning, Mary Kurtz (Daniel), the late Leslie Conklin, the late Dean Conklin, the late Linda Smith and the late Agnes Margrum.  

The family will receive guests on Sunday 9/11/22 from 1 to 3:00PM at the KNIGHT- AUCHMOODY Funeral Home 154 East Main Street Port Jervis NY.  A service will commence at 3:00PM at the funeral home.  Rev Paul Zorn will officiate.
