Sandy L. Decker of Sparrow Bush died July 10, 2022. She was 63. The daughter of the late Harry & Elizabeth Wingert she was born March 2, 1959 in Yulan, NY. She was the past longtime Deputy Clerk for the City of Port Jervis. Beloved wife of Robert J. Decker II. Devoted mother of Robert J. Decker III, Ryan H. Decker, Adam S. Decker (Heather) and Shane W. Decker. Grandmother of Jeegan, Persephone and Camden. Sister of JoAnn Genninger, Steven Wingert, Lori Ann Dezso, Harry Wingert and the late Cindy Baird. A dear aunt to her nieces and nephews. Committal service Saturday July 16th 11:00AM at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrow Bush NY.
