Obituary of Herbert Romer

Herbert Romer age 72 of the Town of Greenville, NY passed way Thursday, April 21, at Bon Secours Community Hospital, Port Jervis, NY. He was born on October 31, 1949 in Warwick, New York, the son of the late Herbert and Dorothy Owens Romer. Herbert retired as a school bus driver for Quality Bus Co. in New Hampton, New York after many years of dedicated service. He was an avid hunter and thoroughly enjoyed traveling to Niagara Falls. Herbert married Alane Keesser Romer who survives at home. He is also survived by his two sons; Bryan Romer and his wife Valerie of Delaware, Kenneth Risch and his wife Kathy of Ohio, his daughter, Patty Asher of Delaware, his beloved grandchildren; Mason, Tim, Kristen, Jamie, Dallas, Phoenix and Gabriella and nine great-grandchildren. Herbert was pre-deceased by his grandson Christopher. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
