Obituary of Lois M. Vicchiariello

Lois M. Vicchiariello age 93, of Port Jervis, NY passed away, Monday, January 31, 2022 at Belle Reve in Milford, Pennsylvania. She was born on December 20, 1928 in Port Jervis, NY, the daughter of Edwin and Hilda Davenport Koenig. Lois retired as a supervising cook for the dietary department with the Port Jervis School District after many years of dedicated service. She was an avid gardner and looked forward to attending as many yard sales as possible on weekends. She especially enjoyed cooking for her family and grandchildren, making all holidays very festive. Lois married Samuel Vicchiariello who pre-deceased her. She is survived by her two sons; Samuel Vicchiariello and his wife Suzanne of Huguenot, Michael Vicchiariello of Sparrowbush, her daughter, Susan Carmody and her husband Kevin of Winter Park, Florida, her son-in-law Raymond Kolvenbach of Matamoras, her beloved grandchildren, Scott Vicchiariello, Amanda Dobbs and her husband Jason, Ashley Vicchiariello, Jeffrey Vicchiariello, Megan Crawford and her husband (TC), Jennifer Jewell and her wife Julie, Nicole Vicchiariello, Michael Vicchiariello and his wife Melinda, Matthew Carmody, Andrew Carmody and his wife Kara, her great grandchildren; Justin, Brody, Alexa, Brielle, Bryson, Archer, Boone and Indie, several nieces and nephews. Lois was pre-deceased by her daughter Joann Kolvenbach and her daughter-in-law Vicki Vicchiariello. Private graveside services will take place at a spring interment in Pine Hill Cemetery, Sparrowbush.
