Marie A. Karr, 86, of Middletown, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 24, 2026, at Valley View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Goshen, NY.

Born on September 5, 1939, in the Bronx, NY, Marie was the daughter of the late Vincent Raduazzo and the late Winifred (Yorke) Raduazzo.

Marie was, in every sense, the life of the party. She loved music, she loved dancing, and she loved nothing more than a night out surrounded by family and friends — and she would go out dancing until she simply couldn't anymore. Those who knew Marie will remember her laughter, her energy, and the joy she carried into every room. She was deeply involved in the lives of the people she loved, and her family always came first.

In her later years, illness slowly took Marie away from the world she so loved — but it could never take away who she was, or what she meant to the people who loved her. Her family holds fast to the memory of the vibrant, fun-loving woman who danced through life.

Marie is survived by her daughters, Suzanne Fattorusso (John) and Randi K. Olsen; her brother, Michael Raduazzo; her grandchildren, Danny White (Melissa) and Mark Bonnell; her great-granddaughters, Isabella and Sofia; and her nieces and nephews, Kevin Peterson (Anita), Steven Peterson (Alicia), Marianne Peterson Anderson, and Jeanne Peterson Fedun (Steve).

Marie was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard C. Karr; her stepson, Gary Karr; her sister, Kathleen Peterson; and her brothers, John Raduazzo and Francis Raduazzo.

Cremation will be held privately. Marie will be laid to rest alongside her husband at the Orange County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, where a burial of her ashes will take place at a later date.
