Linda Anne Flood age 75, passed away at Bon Secours Community Hospital on January 23rd, 2026.

The daughter of the late Agnes and Harold Whipkey, she was born on April 13, 1950 in Paterson, NJ.  

Linda was a longtime resident of Port Jervis and was employed for many years as a press operator at Kolmar, where she later retired. She was known as a dedicated and hardworking employee throughout her career.

Linda had a love for dancing and found joy in movement through music, and spending time with those she loved. Above all else, she cherished her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and her family was the center of her life. Linda shared 43 loving years with her husband Bill, and she took great pride in her children and grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her beloved husband, William W. Flood; her daughters, Lori Ann Kunz (Vincent), Linda Bazylevich (Chris), Melanie Ray (John), and Breanna Thompson (John Hogencamp); her son, Joshua Flood (Heather); her grandchildren, Hailey, William, Andrew, Vincent, Johnathan, and Sophie; and one great-grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her brother, Paul Schukis, and her sister, Jennifer Schukis.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother, Frank Schukis.

Linda will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother and cherished grandmother.
