Dawn Marie Millspaugh a lifetime resident of Port Jervis, passed away at home on November 15, 2025.  She was 61 years old.  

The daughter of the late Jeannette and Frederick Wayne Millspaugh, she was born on January 19, 1964 in Port Jervis.

Beloved mother of Sheldon Van Wie.  Cherished sister of Elizabeth Sudek and Frederick W. Millspaugh Jr "Wayne".  Dear aunt of Jordan Sudek and Dylan Sudek.
