Robert Bruce Jerger of New Smyrna Beach, Florida passed away on September 6th, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was ten days shy of his 86th birthday.

He was the son of the late Anton and Virginia Jerger of Montague, New Jersey. 

Robert built a successful career as owner operator of Jerger Landscaping and Shippekonk Campground in Montague, New Jersey. 

After years of dedicated hard work, Robert and Pamela retired to New Smyrna Beach, where they enjoyed the warmth and sunshine of Florida living.

Robert is survived his wife of 64 years Pamela Ross Jerger, five children, Ailine Marie Augustin, Robert Jerger Jr, Jeanine Vernai Phelps, Adrienne Marie Ungerer, Christine Amelia Foster, as well as, ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.

The family is making plans for a celebration of life at a later date. Messages of condolences may be sent to the Jerger family.
