Obituary of Tammy Conklin

Tammy Conklin, a lifelong resident of Port Jervis, passed away peacefully on March 28, 2025, at her home.

Tammy was born on April 16, 1963, in Port Jervis, NY, the daughter of the late James and Lois Conklin.

She worked for many years as an assembly worker at Kolmar before retiring. Tammy was a devoted wife, loving mother, sister, and proud grandmother. Her granddaughter Faith was the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with her.

Tammy had a deep love for the outdoors and found peace sitting on the porch. She enjoyed cooking for her family, listening to music, and spending time with her beloved pets. Her warmth, kindness, and joyful spirit will be missed by all who knew her.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband Matthew Durbin; her two daughters: Jamie Meisenhelder-Miller and her husband Christopher, and Katarina Parise; her granddaughter Faith; and her sister Doreen Conklin.
