Robert H. Jennings of Matamoras died on February 6, 2025.  He was 91 years old. 

The son of the late Melvin and Agnes Jennings, he was born on November 28, 1933 in Goshen, NY.

Robert served in the US Army, with the Military Police during the Korean Conflict era. He was a longtime past member of the Otterkill Engine & Hose Company of Campbell Hall, NY.  Robert worked and retired as a Truck Driver having spent many dedicated years with Yellow Freight. After retiring he enjoyed reading, Scrabble, constructing puzzles, and spending time with family and friends. He especially looked forward to weekly poker games with friends.

In addition to his parents Robert was predeceased in life by his wife Donna Jennings and brothers Donald and Melvin Jennings. 

Father of Denise Aumick (Stephen), Joanne Warren (Mark), Bob Jennings (Judy) and Christopher Jennings.  Brother of Ivan Jennings (Carole).  Grandfather of Kimberly Miller, Mark Warren Jr,  Heather Cousin and Christopher Jennings.  Great grandfather of Maggie, Hope, Lucas, Abby, Aubree and Hudson.  Longtime family friend of Mary Stempert with her daughter Amy. 

The family wishes to acknowledge the staff and care givers of Bon Secours Community Hospital, Garnett Health and Valley View Nursing Home, whom all gave great comfort and care to Robert at the end stages of his life. 

Robert will be interred with his wife Donna in a private Ceremony at Pine Grove Cemetery in Matamoras, PA in the Spring.
