Winifred McCormack of Port Jervis died on January 21, 2025 at Bon Secours Community Hospital.  She was 87 years old.  

The daughter of the late William A. and Helen Holland, she was born on December 30, 1937 in Ridgewood, NJ. 

Winifred worked and retired as a secretary from the Port Jervis Housing Authority.  Her family will remember her as the devoted mother that she was and her love of cats.  

In addition to her parents Winifred was predeceased in life by her sister Margaret Geis.  

Beloved wife of Francis McCormack at home.  Devoted mother of James McCormack with his husband Alfonso Gonzalez, Kathleen Taylor - Thomas with her husband Curran Thomas and Kevin McCormack with his wife Lisa.  Cherished grandmother of Samuel Taylor, Margaret Taylor, Elizabeth Ferrence (Alex) and James Berish.  Dear aunt of Helenmarie Dawson, Robert Geis, Frank Geis and William Geis.  

Final committal with graveside services will take place on Saturday May 10th 11:00AM at St. Mary's Cemetery, Port Jervis.
