Nannette Long a longtime resident of the area died on December 6, 2024 at Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, NY.  

The daughter of the late George and Eleanor Marcel, she was born on March 17, 1960 in Mount Vernon, NY.  

In addition to her parents Nannette was predeceased in life by her daughter's father, Raymond Malone Sr whom she was with at the time.  

Wife of Timothy Long.  Mother of the late Michelle Long (Jason Jones), Timothy Long Jr, Christopher Long (Sarah), Cassandra Long, Amanda Malone, Matthew Malone, Adam Malone, Lawrence Raymond Malone Jr, Michael Malone and Crystal Long.  Grandmother of Kurtis, Kolin, Kendra, William, Christopher Jr, Adysen, Cecilia, Faith, Tony, Steven Jr, Paige and Alexis. Great grandmother of Chance, Lincoln, Carson, Faith and the late Sophia.  Dear sister of Maryellen, Renee, George and Joey.  

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday 12/21 at the Knight - Auchmoody Funeral Home from 1 to 3:00PM.  Cremation to be held at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford.
