Kim R. Wright of Port Jervis, NY, passed away at home after a brief illness on August 27, 2024. She

was 61.

Daughter of the late Earl F. and Mary Louise (Edwards) Wright of Guilford, NY, she was born on

February 4, 1963, in Norwich, NY.

A graduate of Bainbridge-Guilford High School, Kim spent much of her life working in

manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and skilled nursing. Past employers include Amphenol Aerospace

and The Hospital, both in Sidney, NY, along with the New York State Veterans Home at Oxford, NY.

Kim was known and loved for the ways in which she showed her love for others, which included but

was not limited to the enthusiastic practice of baking, a passion she shared with her sisters. Kim

also loved flora and fauna, whether it was the local wildlife, her cherished pets, wildflowers, or her

well-tended garden.

She is survived by her beloved son Nathan Wright and her loving boyfriend of 14 years,

Henry Krawcyk, who was by her side until the end.

Also surviving are her siblings: Sisters Florence (David) Lent, Judy (Jack) Powers Gorski, Lisa (Mark)

Beadle, Debbie (David) Frauenhofer; along with brothers Frederick Wright and William (Angelina)

Wright.

She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended

family, and friends.

In addition to her parents, Kim was predeceased by nieces Melissa Powers, Jessica Wright, and

Yancy Cardines, along with nephews Jason Wright and Todd Cole.

A private cremation will take place at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA. A celebration of

life will take place at a later date.

Kim will be forever missed by her family and friends.
